Edward has nearly twenty years of experience in the area of human resources, focusing on designing innovative compensation programs. He assists clients in the design and implementation of strategic base salary and incentive programs.
Areas of expertise include designing market-based and job evaluation-based compensation programs, pay structures, and compensation surveys, as well as developing policies and procedures. He also provide expert witness testimony in the areas of compensation, market value of a job or employee is another area of practice.
Edward is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), former President of the St. Louis Compensation and Benefits Network (CBN) and a member of WorldatWork (formerly known as the American Compensation Association).

Hal has more than 25 years of experience in the area of executive compensation, he helps management teams and board of directors create and institute executive compensation programs that attract and retain top leadership, adhere to regulatory requirements and drive maximum return on compensation investment.
Wallach brings a finance-focused approach to his consultative process, having earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting. He held his CPA designation for two decades and started his career at an international public accounting firm.
